0 and 1 are equivalent if your goal is the lowest possible interp. if you set cl_interp 0 and cl_interp_ratio 0 you're leaving it up to the server to set the values which usually ends up giving you 0.0152 interp. I can't find the link but its the math is cl_interp_ratio / cl_interp.
