klananaThis worked for me and defy.... if your stream chat isnt working and you're watching on tftv - click the stream to go to twitch... there will be a little pop up about voting for games or some shit - close it. BAM chat works.
If youre watching on twitch just close that box.
If that doesn't work you probably shouldnt be talking in chat anyways. CYA!

DuckyApart from not using CBR your settings look great which means either your computer can't handle streaming or your internet is not capable of 2k bitrate.
i have streamed previously with the same setup and internet, my hardware is fine, my game doesn't lag at all but obs just refuses to encode the frames if i'm tabbed into my game for some reason rofl... i'm literally stumped

i broke obs, when i try to stream it won't encode any frames past like a few seconds after i tab back into said game.
i just finished streaming if you need some evidence.... www.twitch.tv/saltysally1
EDIT: i just remembered, it returns to normal while i'm tabbed out but once i give the game any input obs goes to like 9 frames broadcasting and says that it's skipping frames because i'm not encoding fast enough

djcdeliTwitch is pretty susceptible on events like GTA V Realease, LoL World Championships, The International 3 etc. So imho twitch wont ever be a good source of information how the game is doing over time.
And SC2 the community , sponsors behind it, amount of pro players, it will be really hard for that game to just simply die
other games maintain their viewers during the big events, LoL still had its usual numbers during ti3 and the gta launch. sc2s numbers are not just tanking because of other shit, it's the only game on twitch that leaks viewers so badly
yeah, even during large tournament events i've seen dota have more viewers and dota had no tourney's, i think that we are currently witnessing the end of an era :(
