chrome uses the same renderer as safari because apple forbids other browser rendering engines on iOS. chrome on iOS is literally just a skin for safari

- Fixed the Nostromo Napalmer drawing the flamethrower pilot light by mistake
and now they broke the pilot light appearing on any flamethrower except the stock, including the backburner, botkillers, and festives (but not skins). typical valve
- Updated the model/materials for The Federal Casemaker
this is really long overdue, the original author has been asking for them to accept his new model for literal years, he even put it on the SFM workshop
