Bad ping to NFO servers

Yeah, the server was in Chicago so I tested it out by playing in other Chicago servers and I was fine (I live in Raleigh, so I shouldn't ping that badly to Illinois).

Very low fps during streaming

game capture, set your in game res to your monitors native res and set it to windowed mode, and your launch options should have -noborder -w (your res) -h (your res) -console -novid -windowed
I thought that full screen gave better fps, or is this just for streaming?

Bad ping to NFO servers

Ever since the beginning of this month I've been getting 200+ ping to NFO servers. This was never a problem before. Is there a way I can verify that this is a problem on my end/is there anything I can do aside from contacting my ISP?
