the only positive outcome that could come from this would be mandatory body cameras on police officers.
this case would have been open and shut if darren wilson had been wearing a camera. justice would have come to him had he provoked michael brown towards violence and killed him as a result of it, and none of this would have happened if michael brown had been the provoker. the only way to change the mistrust of police in this country as a result of countless abuses of power is by holding all parties accountable for their actions.

sex is biological, gender is a social construct. i don't see how you could construe yourself as the victim in this situation when all you're being asked is to show someone a modicum of respect by using pronoun that they identify as.
