Maybe there is still a chance. They just need to chill a bit and try to understand that pugs won’t always be at such a high level or as perfect as they imagine. Perfect coordination and 100% tryharding is what scrims and offis with your own team are for and even those don’t always go the way you want. In that case, do players quit after 1 map of scrim and leave their teams, or do they keep trying to improve their teamwork and fix it? Or maybe they born as perfect players and played In prem div since 1st day?

Idk maybe it's only from my pov but back then I didn't notice it and I had no problem with anyone and it was very active, many pugs everyday. Maybe from someone else pov it was different and I was lucky.

So both groups need to learn and understand how to play together

In every mix you'll have person who plays better and person who plays worse or some people who don't like eachother. Even if you'll get 12 players, all of them from prem div there can be conflict between them but you should at least try to cooperate.

Idk why but there weren’t so many divides between people in the past (in old pugs)

tf2pickup.eu was beast. Maybe not high level as propugs but it was very fun to play <3

for me and you maybe but I heard players complained that elo got removed in new version of propugs.

edit. we can always test it and add elo to the current site and check if it'll help.

I bet many people don't play current propugs because there is no elo/ranking and they have no point to play it.
