how the fuck is how long you can hold down the +attack button a point of contention here
i can deliberately and accidentally hold it down for less than a single tick. it causes my client to think it shot then go back on the fact.

needs less red and more bright for the ultimate competitive balance
Is it input latency, or is there a low framerate too?
do gl commands even have an effect on windows users?

anything that gets sengoku rance closer to steam is okay with me
the texture is world aligned instead of face aligned. each of the three orientations of texture there are aligned to each of the three 3d axis-es, so you won't be able to align them all. you'll want to figure out how to make them look good with the "face" alignment checked.
TF2 players don't use ESEA pugs because:
- Lots of players don't sign up for ESEA
- There are free, superior pug services that only discriminate in terms of technical competence rather than membership
- The top tier of TF2 is so small that restricting pugs it plays to a single service is suicide
- Setting up a TF2 server properly is very very easy
- Being an ESEA service occasionally attracts CS players that don't know the first thing about TF2 and ruin pugs by being bad
- ESEA has mindless restrictions from CSS that shouldn't apply to TF2 (i.e. banning programs that change texture LOD), while the alternative pug services don't
Because TF2 players only use a ridiculously small subset of ESEA services, ESEA doesn't support the community, which works shit out on its own. TF2 lives on tftv, etf2l, and other community-organized forums and services; ESEA is treated as the place where that one big contest is held for just one of the three or four major regions, because it's the only service it offers that's worthwhile for TF2.

a map needs to either pander really hard or it needs to be grade A+ to not be rejected permanently after going into a league's main season outside of ETF2L.
