"electronic music" is a very vague umbrella term for music that is made with computers. hip hop is considered to be electronic music. and almost everyone associates "edm"/"electronic dance music" with house, trance and dubstep.

- electro house
- progressive house
- dubstep
- drumstep
- liquid drum & bass
