Your weirdest dreams

not really weird.
-went to sleep "irl"
-woke up in dream in same bed but it looks like im looking through a weird instagram filter. everything is kinda greyish.
-walked outside of my house and laid down on a bench right outside of my house.
-realized that i don't have a bench outside of my house after a few minutes of laying down.
-got up and went inside and laid down on my bed.
-started hearing music. realized i left music on when i was awake. it was the same music i was hearing when i was awake but it was a lot slower.
-went to sleep in the dream
-woke up "irl"
i had 3 dreams similar to this one. i was aware that i was dreaming when i realized that i did not have a bench outside of my house and when the music was really slow. still unsure of whether i can control these dreams yet.
i've also experienced sleep paralysis once but i somehow pushed myself hard enough to be able to move one of my arms and lift one of my eyelids open with my hand. i have no clue why i did that but all i could see out of that eye was the light from my window. my vision was very blurry.
