You're right about the insanely good card, I forgot Diaz vs Edwards has been moved to UFC 263, which makes THAT card amazing

damn what an incredibly smart and wise advice. Just be yourself phobia and everything will be alright!
All I can say is you should contact specalists, people who actually studied this and know how to help you properly, rather than asking tf2 gamers.
There are plenty of trained counsellors, psychologist and specialists in general out there ready to hear you out and help you, Googling it is literally all you have to do, look for the phone numbers and call them straight away, as obvious as that might sound it's really that simple.
The way I see it, the only thing that can help you is to let real qualified professionists help you, since anyone else your parents included are most likely gonna have no clue on how to face this dark beast that is depression.
