EquaLRunning it full time would be way worse than gunboats or even a shotty, so the only real use would be to have a solly die and come back up on mantreads, and I like the idea of having a solly get a item to increase the chance of breaking a stalemate immediately rather than having someone come up on sniper and miss their shots for 6 minutes, buffing well prepared solly bombs is not really an issue imo
nah it will probably be the best option for pockets full time

dead ringer needed a nerf according to who
flying guillotine was only fun to use when u got crits from the sandman and they removed that so idk if anyone will ever use it again
mantreads might be retardedly overpowered depending on how the air control thing works, it was already a low key decent choice for some points in 6s
vita saw is very situational now, its not that bad after some thought tho
all other changes are good I like the heavy change in particular

again I don't know too much about the genre, but some artists I have heard songs from are lessov, kobana, kyohei akagawa, and early deadmau5, although their styles generally aren't too similar to the song you posted
