#1 Monoprice Mousepads? in Hardware

Has anyone ever used a mousepad from monoprice? I can't see it being so terrible that it's not worth 8 dollars, so if anyone is in the market for a new huge mousepad this might be worth looking at.

Cloth 17.5" x 13.75" ($7.80)

#7 MSI video card in Hardware

Literally any decent video card will get you a constant 120 in TF2 while using an fps config ASSUMING you have a good CPU. IIRC enigma uses like an 8800GT or something pretty old, but still gets a solid 240 fps with an overclocked i3/i5.

#2 Just a reminder/heads-up about CEVO in TF2 General Discussion

UGC replaced CEVO as the don't-need-to-pay-to-play league. Not only that, but UGC doesn't require players to run a client to play which lowers the barrier of entry even further. I can't see a CEVO event being popular unless it's run during a longer ESEA off season and has decent cash prizes to draw in top teams.

#5 good headset under $25 in Hardware

Those are probably some of the best sounding headphones in the under 50 dollar range, but I can't wear them for more than a half hour to 45 minutes(the headband padding is separated into three "puffs" that turn into pressure points).

#10 ModMic vs. Blue Microphones Snowball? in Hardware
The modmic sounds incredible when plugged into a soundcard. This is an example of when I had it plugged into my old Creative X-Fi Extreme Music:

And this is an example of it plugged into my motherboard audio(my soundcard died):

There is no reason for anyone to get a $100 desktop mic for gaming/mumble because quite simply, it won't sound as good as a decent mic positioned close to your mouth(hint: modmic). The modmic is quite a fine product, it sounds fine on motherboard audio, and sounds incredible if you happen to have a dedicated sound card. Unless you want to have a big white ball sitting in your face while you play, buy the modmic. You won't regret it.
