the rounds are long and i’ve found the game rewards people who lay down in corners, so you will hate this game if you have a short patience BUT i’ve been having so much fun with it. just be prepared to buy the game and spend more money. the game itself on sale is $20, and each operator pack is $20, so if you spend $60 you can get all the new dudes (but you’ll still need to grind to buy attachments and the non dlc characters). I planned on just grinding for the in game currency for the characters i wanted but you get like 350 renown for a ranked win and each dlc character is 25,000 lmao. so ya, the game is super fun and satisfying (there’s a lot to learn too so it’s gonna keep me entertained for a while), but be prepared to buy the game and some character bundles.
paiCAs solo its not that intriguing. But if you have friends to play it with (like you said), I would highly recommend it.
I solo que ranked when no ones around and i’ve found it’s still pretty fun/intense
