That's racist. I want a TF2 pizza.
EDIT2: Holy fuck this is sorcery.
Why didn't anybody tell me that this makes me a 10x better scout? It's almost like 60-144hz. Glorious.
f_blueThis should work. The quotation marks were missing.bind mouse2 "slot1;r_drawviewmodel 0" bind mouse5 "slot2;r_drawviewmodel 1" bind mouse4 "slot3;r_drawviewmodel 1" unbind mouse3 unbind mwheelup unbind mwheeldown
EDIT: This worked, thanks! Problem solved.
try putting a space after the semicolon. Mine has the spaces and works. Of course, mine also has aliases that are bound to each button, so you could try that too.
No luck :(
Arkham Asylum and Arkham City are both great. I don't think you need to play any of them story-wise though.
Mooowhat happens when you do r_drawviewmodel 0 while in game?
It works. I guess something is wrong with my scout.cfg then?
BenroadsIf you use numbers to switch weapons this should work fine.
I don't use numbers. I only use mouse buttons. This is my scout.cfg right now:
bind mouse2 slot1;r_drawviewmodel 0
unbind mouse3
unbind mwheelup
unbind mwheeldown
bind mouse5 slot2;r_drawviewmodel 1
bind mouse4 slot3;r_drawviewmodel 1
The ;r_drawviewmodel part is new and it's not working. How do I do it right?
I cannot get my scattergun to not be drawn. I made myself a new config at TF2mate with the weaponmodel disabled, didn't work. Then I added ;r_drawviewmodel 0 to my scattergun bin in the scout.cfg but no luck.
What am I doing wrong?
Idk smak. I had it on a wrong refresh rate for some time and the tearing was pretty severe. Couples with that horrible crouchjump flickering bug, my game was pretty much colored horizontal stripes.
Displayport supports everything and the ASUS has a DP input so you can use that without any adapter with 144hz. Then you can plugin your secondary monitor through the DVI.
If you main TF2 I guess you don't necessarily have to upgrade your GPU. If you want the top notch experience though you will want to have your tf2 refresh rate be double your monitor refresh rate+1 aka 289 fps. To get those you probably need to use a highframes config or upgrade to a top tier card (if you really want to upgrade your gpu to play tf2 on high settings). I would say that you definitely want the fps, graphix come second in tf2.
FOV hardcoded at 40 when playing Deathstroke confirmed.
