I was considering implementing it in season 2 after some feedback so i would know how to properly implement it. the logistics would be very messy but i think something along the lines of integrating how long the timers are into the pick ban system so that if a team gets a whitelist that is unfavorable they'll be able to counter with item timers that work for them.

Hello Team Fortress TV!
I am happy to announce a new league for competitive TF2! This is a paid league following in the footsteps of CEVO and RGL, made for the love of the game, and not to boost my own ego! HL+ is a revolutionary new format employing the best of both 6v6 and highlander to create the ultimate format!

The format works as such:
Each team has 10 players
Class limit 1, taking the most dynamic part from highlander.
The tenth player is in spectate, but because of the revolutionary coaching plugin developed for i58, these players now become the coach for their team!
The weapon bans work like this:
Before a match, each team picks and bans 3 global whitelists. This will allow for dynamic gameplay that in no way is arbitrary and poorly designed at all.

Divisions
There will be 4 divisions in LOLHL (League Originating of the Love of HighLander (and also 6's but mostly highlander))
These four divisions, from lowest to highest skill are ranked as such:
Open, Open But Now Everyone's Turned Their Monitors On, High Open, and Basically Open in 2013

Costs
The costs for each div are described below:

• Open: $0.12
  
• Open But Now Everyone's Turned Their Monitors On (abbreviated OBNETTMO): $3.67
  
• High Open: $2.50
  
• Basically Open in 2013: $1000

Benefits
Each team who signs up in the league gets a few benefits:

• 20 tick servers
  
• A free Skype group for easy communications
  
• Free access to the bi-weekly HLDuo tournaments, which are basically Ultiduo but with heavies instead of soldiers and engineers instead of medics
