I'm sitting here thinking about how excited I am to see all the people I met last year at rewind (and I mean everyone, I remember all of you) and also how excited I am to meet all the new people I never had the chance to talk to and everyone that didn't attend last year but will be this year.
Please if you're thinking about going and it is financially possible for you, please do so. Even if you don't know many people in this community, so many people are so nice in this community and I'm sure you'll make friends, and I'd love to talk to you all again or meet all you new people (please don't feel nervous about talking to me or anyone else).
I know sometimes it's hard for me to keep up with everyone I've met through teams, scrims and pugs, but I genuinely can't think of anybody I wouldn't have a conversation with, and honestly I would reach out to you if I wasn't so bogged down with other irl responsibilities and concerns. So many TF2 players are wonderful people and I just can't wait to see you all again.
As a side note, if I've ever done anything wrong to some of you or you just don't like me for some reason, I apologize and I hope we can reconcile over a drink or whatever you prefer.
I think there was an engineer player named Rice-A-Roni who was in his late 40s maybe even 50s.
I know he was in gold and maybe plat I'm not sure. Someone told me he was a retired pilot too, there are probably highlander players who can confirm. Unfortunately he's the only one I can think of off the top of my head.
I'm looking forward to my nuru and I know you will be too when you pick him up
fuck War (he's so fucking hot)
marry tubro (he's such a lovely boy and would take such good care of you)
kill Sideshow (his goofy face is merely a façade to hide his truly evil self. He's someone who would kiss you one day and forget the next, he could kill you for a mere 20 dollars and show no remorse)

yeah I think I played a few pugs with you guys and they were always fun
Don't know him well at all, but he farms in pugchamp from what I've seen
These are all really cool people with an insane amount of talent, you want to play on this team!!!
I don't know dwaggy super well, but he was nice when I played pugs with him, had the basics down, and was a good listener. No reason you shouldn't give this guy a try.
I'm sure basically all playoffs teams will appreciate the change. Thank you for being such a great admin tri!

Staying focused unless I'm extremely and obsessively interested in something has always been an issue for me. The easiest ways I've found to help deal with this is either to do some short meditation before matches (If you've never meditated before it may take a while to learn how to make it work for you) and also having some sort of sound whether it's a specific song that's a bit repetitive or just simple ticking like a clock, going on while you're playing to remind you to stay focused. For the latter it's better if you find 1 sound you like and only listen to when you're playing and want to be focused, so that way the association with hearing it and understanding what you should be doing is much more automatic.
I know that for you it's most likely an issue with your drive to play opposed to a general struggle with focusing, and I know these aren't perfect solutions but they help make it possible for me to play with some sort of competency. Anybody else with any other real advice would also be appreciated, because this is still a major issue for me and is probably the biggest thing holding me back from getting better at this game and achieving other goals I have in real life.
there is no better taunt in the game to assert your dominance than turning into a yeti and screaming
