Weird Network Loss

For the longest time while I was using wifi it's been nearly perfect, but starting a month ago I get the weirdest network loss.
I've tried resetting my router and changing my bandwith to the max and I still have no clue why it does this.
Any help?

i find stepping away for a bit and really thinking about whats bugging you makes you feel like you at least did something even if you still feel like crap afterwards. letting your mind focus on something else is another huge help for when im anxious especially late at night when i cant sleep, watching some yt or doing light reading helps calm me down enough to pass out.

whenever i try to connect to this old mumble that me and my buddies use, it just does this and doesn't let me connect.
occasionally it does, but i can't tell why.
it does however let me connect when i use my laptop which is mega weird.
