me again lol well i figured out that my anti virus is making my tf2 disconnect every 10 mins or so idk how to fix any settingsi can change to stop this

well im trying to use that roll out trainer but its super laggy and i go through stair cases. anyone know a fix to this

well my tf2 will crash every ten minutes or so after this update anyone else getting this
