tf2pickup.eu service doesn't have good balancing system and won't have, because it's impossible to balance teams just in ELO rating, that's why captain picking is superior

a) A simple, straightforward site that just handles the basics of organizing and launching pickup games
b) A more feature-rich platform with additions like player stats tracking, ELO ratings, etf2l Integration , etc
Option B is cooler imo

Mumble is much better for communcating in-game, since Discord audio is buggy when few people talk at once.
