Allow me to try to help. WHY is it seen as racist for white people to say the n word? This is an incredibly basic question, but I have to preface my point with it because it seems to be getting lost in translation. It's racist because it is associated with chattel slavery, when black people were seen as property and not as human beings. It's racist because even after slavery, whites continued to use it as they lynched black people and as they enacted Jim Crow laws to replicate the same racial caste system. It serves as a painful reminder to many people of this legacy of oppression, and also of privilege, because there's no equivalent word that can be used against white people to remind them of a similar dark time in history, because there was no such dark time.
Now, as is plainly obvious to see, a lot of black people have reclaimed the word as, if not exactly a point of pride, a point of defiance. Of course, this topic is debated in the black community all the time, and there are definitely people who think the word should be retired entirely (and maybe even a few outliers who think that the stigma associated with white people saying it should be lifted in order to fully overcome the word's history, but I guarantee you that's not the majority). Still, it represents a tiny but important way in which black people can reference their collective history with a single shorthand. Context is obviously important.
A bunch of white people deciding that they have the authority to declare the word verboten and actually punish black people for using it does not look like being a good ally. It looks like it's borne out of the same impulse to control people of color and tell them what they can and can't do. It's actually at least as racist as saying the word itself.

You lumped me into a box with "white people", insinuated that I was American, which is the reason I bring up my identity in the first place, I personally don't think it matters much, but I won't have my identity as "white" used as a club to beat me with or to shame me.
Please identify where in any of my posts here I defended racism, or stop lambasting me for simply expressing my legitimate opinion about the pitfalls of this particular manner in which people attempt to go after racism.
Please identify where in any of my posts here where I "clubbed you" and "beat you" for being white? Furthermore, are irish people not considered “white” in the modern day? You genuinely made up stuff about what I said and read between the lines when I didn't intend to have a secondary meaning. Again, I’m sorry for mistaking you as American when you are in fact Irish, but how does this undermine the general argument I was making? You never explained it! Instead, when I say shit like 'Just don’t say the word' you seem to take personal offense to it. Why?
The only reason (I can think of) why you would ever take offense to me calling you the wrong nationality is because you believe you being irish is somehow relevant to the discussion on whether or not anyone should be using the n-word. Why did you feel the need to say that 'irish people like me have been oppressed historically'? Please answer.
And yes, I stand by what I said in post #50. White people using the n-word (and other racial slurs), especially in countries like the US or other white-majority countries, is in fact a way to racially agitate a racist white population, to a lesser or larger degree. This does not mean that you are a bad person for being white.
The last paragraph of your original post was essentially about, people calling out others for the use of racial slurs is some sort of racial agitation, and a tool for me and others to maliciously divide the community. You then came to the brilliant conclusion “The reason racial tension is increasing is because in the last 10 years people have started to become less tolerant of the usage of racial slurs.” which is a statement that cannot be taken by face value. Where is the evidence backing this up?
If anything the racial agitation and polarization we see in EU and NA is more directly linked with economic instability causing predominantly conservative people to more or less blame minorities for it. Instead of explicitly mentioning this however, people like you attempt to switch the attention to social issues like “Why can’t I say racial slurs anymore?”. I’m very much aware that racism cannot be solved overnight. At the same time, if anyone is offended when asked, often very politely, to stop using racial slurs there might be some sort of bias clouding their mind.
