#28 ESEA Invite: Froyotech vs. The Mad Men in Events
NinjaDCfor real though as a spectator I used to watch NA invite game demos now I don't bother as it's incredibly boring even if it's close between 2nd, 3rd and 4th place.

I do have to say that it is hard to watch a single team decimate every other team that's out there. The 2nd 3rd 4th place race is interesting but it's not really the same.

#60 Overwatch Event Impressions in Other Games
AllealmuselkWe setup a game of Overwatch devs vs us TF2 players that were invited (Star, Jerma, b4nny and me, along with 2 others). First up, we were COMPLETELY destroyed. Like, not even close, alot of them were on 10/20+ killstreaks and we never even capped a single point. I thought that with pretty large amounts of FPS experience we'd put up a decent fight, but it was basically just a slaughter. For me that really shows that there is a HUGE amount of depth and that this ISNT just another shooter. You really do need to understand the game and thats worth 10x just being able to click on someone.
I can't follow the logic in this at all. If all the FPS experience on the TF2 side didn't mean anything then that sounds to me like the game doesn't emphasize FPS skills like movement and aim at all. I don't know jack shit about CS:GO but I can still go into a game and do well because I can aim a gun. Same for Quake. If I can't do the same in Overwatch then I assume those skills just aren't important. And if those skills aren't important, how can he call the game 'fast and diverse?' It doesn't get much faster than an arena shooter and diversity comes from the number of ways to play a character, not how many characters there are to play. And I don't even know what to make of the implication that you can win FPS games just by clicking on people without ever understanding the game. Everything he said reinforces my initial impressions of it being moba-like, except somehow muselk comes to the opposite conclusion.

I don't see where you're getting the implication that "you can win FPS games just by clicking...". Muselk just said that he didn't expect to get decimated, which is a completely valid point. Later, he does say that gamesense takes a precedence over aim, but I don't see why that is such a bold claim. I believe he was trying to illustrate that aim is not as important to this game as it is in other FPS games. The point of his post was to talk about how this game is not a conventional FPS, as gamesense takes a much stronger precedence over aim.

#1 ESEA Invite: Froyotech vs. Street Hoops eSports + eLevate TF2 in Events

Street Hoops to take a decent first half, but Froyo to get its shit together for a 5-3 win.

eLevate to get demolished first half, then to put up a pyro to steal a round or two, and ultimately Froyo to close it out at
5-2.

Thanks sim!

#1 Mouse Sens Changed in Q/A Help

I recently added an fps config to my game, and I noticed a very strong change in my mouse sensitivity.

I triple checked the config to see if it changed the sensitivity anywhere, and there was not.

I do remember that there was one bug where sensitivity was variable with fps, but the config did not alter my fps_max from what it was before.

http://pastebin.com/z0cvqWWA

That is the config that I installed.

Can anyone tell me what command is changing my sensitivity?
