basically you want something stable above anything else
if its not stable, its not worth overclocking so turn it down until its stable
i dont think you can overclock intel cpus unless they have a K in the name tho

not my main rig but i really like this small build (Tacens Versa Slim case)

the only major flaw is that the opening for CD drives is blocked by USB connections in this case
but who uses optical media anyway
