The MMR number is still broken on Garm3n-QL it seems. Apart from that everything works.

I don't know if this has been mentioned but there is now an autobalance feature:
Teams are unbalanced. Asking selected candidates from team BLU to volunteer.
No volunteers found. Will switch one of the selected candidates on their next respawn.
Sachiko joined team RED
You have switched to team RED and will receive 250 experience points at the end of the round for changing teams.

Custom main menu darker than it should be

I think that that's just how the main menu looks. I have the same darker background and I have mat_monitorgamma 1.6. I think the main menu probably just has a semi transparent overlay that darkens it.

I'm glad to hear you're safe and it's very good that you're going to see a therapist in January, I have had depression for a long time and even though medicines have never really had an effect on me, just talking to a therapist and being able to vent every this really helps a lot for. I saw that you use comanglia's fps config and that config displays in console that it has executed, do you see that in console or does your autoexec not get executed at all?
By earrape music at the start I'm guessing that you mean the TF2 startup sound, you can disable that by putting -novid in the launch options.
