ideally you watch your demo and then watch an invite demo. comparing is one of the easiest ways to improve imo.
also every STV demo is available from this season of esea (STV is better to watch so you can see uber ads and when players are dead)

just click on the result (win or loss) and there should be a download button under the broadcast tab
