ESEA client issue (please help)

So every time i try to connect to a TF2 ESEA server, I can log in, play for 5 seconds, then I get kicked with the message "You must be running the ESEA client to play on this server..". I have tried all the FAQ on ESEA and even submitted a ticket, but none of the following have helped:
-deleting clientregistry.blob
-reinstalling TF2
-uninstalling and reinstalling ESEA 6 times
-making sure my account was an administrator
-running steam as administrator
-uninstalling anti-virus from my computer, then reinstalling ESEA
Nothing yet has worked, and my first match is in two days. If you think you could be of assistance, please post. I am very desperate at the moment.
