did you fix it? the files are /tf/scripts/tf_weapon_rocketlauncher.txt and /tf/scripts/tf_weapon_stickylauncher.txt

this glitch happens when you modified weapons (rl and stickylauncher in your case) to have a bigger clip size on a local server, so when you join a server that doesnt use your modified weapons it will constantly try to reload your weapon but the server doesnt allow your clips as high as you set it
did you install anything such as a thing mentioned in the post before? they should be files in the custom folder that you created after steampipe update and are usually located in /weapons/
