1) Will this HL in game PUG system mainly be focused towards North American players or will it benefit EU/AUS/NZ/ASIA aswell.

I had the same problem make sure you have cl_notifications_show_ingame set to 1 and not 0.
Where is this?

Quick question, whenever I receive an item, I get the ping noise but I don't see the flashing icon that lets me check it. Is there a way to turn it on?

I'm having a problem whenever theres a hud notification it says I have new events or something and when I go to the main menu theres nothing there and I have to be in server to press my accept key. And the little mail icon that shows new community news is gone too probably a bug in MainmMenuOveride.res and Gamemenu.res, it works fine on yA_Hud.
