while i got rly into engy and short circuit prior to this buff, they are moving in the wrong direction. they should have made the weapon switch speed higher so you could weapon-heckle (just like a similar low skill class we know!) and initiate a healthy mix of short circuit and repairing. needs a way to be used with conjunction with other weapons, not more powerful when its out imo.
what does "players and buildings are only targeted if in range and in front of attacking player" mean?
