GeknaiirUsually I lose frames when my processor starts getting hot. Maybe that might be the problem
Do you know a way that i can check if it is overheating?

I can play tf2 for like 5 minutes with 250 fps without any problems,but then i start to get a really weird lag(not internet lag) my fps goes to 250 to 100,80,50 to 0 and the game gets unplayable.If i leave the game the lag continues when watching videos,opening folders etc.
PC specs: ADM FX-8120 Eight-Core Processor
GT220 Video Card
8,0GB RAM
Asus M5 A99X EVO Motherboard

KissmeGovernment lied to it's citizens, they spent over 28 Billion dollars just to bring the World Cup back to Brazil...I'd be pissed too.
actually its not that,the World Cup thing its a shame as well but this not the case,its that the government raised the price of the bus ticket and people were just protesting peacefully,and then the cops showd and started to shoot and hurt people,and the riot its against police violence now.
It's pretty fucked up here.

manaThat'd be a decently lengthy list, I don't know if someone will actually put the effort in making it, but USUALLY whoever has a high/highest amount of viewers (at this time right now, it's numlocked) is an invite/prem player.Some invite/prem players that commonly stream: numlocked, harbleu, Platinum, Brego, Crack Clan (team stream), broder (team stream), b4nny, Byte, seanbud, duwatna, truktruk, rick, sezco, defy, bl4nk, rr, powah, foster, milo, carnageObviously this isn't all of them, and are people who are recently streaming. Weird Crashing/Loading Problem

Did you deleted the "resource" and "scripts" folders that are located outside of the "custom" folder?
I did that when i didn't knew how to install custom hud with the steampipe update,and i re-installed tf2 and got back to work.
So if you everytime you re-install the game you delete those files,stop it.
