Find a healthy balance. You can still play tf2 but do other things with your life. Maybe cut back your playtime to just scrims + matches. Drop the MGE, Pubs, etc... Maybe only play 3 days a week instead of 7.

RockzZiggoKillCheck in task manager for a thing called "Steam WebClientHelper" and try to force quit it. Sometimes "SteamWebClientHelper" takes up like 3 GB of my RAM, making my game stutter.just launch steam with -no-browser, dont bother with killing processes
