Yes I am sure society would work very well if no one paid.
If you consume goods or receive a service you pay. If I get something I want to pay a fair value, just like I would like to get paid fairly if I sell something.

CitroMaindyeah but from one perspective, you gotta ask the question, who are the people protesting? I haven't checked the facts, but they are probably those people who live paycheck to paycheck and just can't afford to stay at home and do nothing. If the state would pay idle money each month, fine, but they most likely don't. Same thing is happening in Latvia, yes ok, we have the rule of idle financial support, but under that rule are like 20 subsections as to why you AREN'T getting the financial support and it's just ridiculous.
afaik the protests are arguing that the stay at home orders are a violation of their rights. not because they want to go back to work

I think the real problem is the FPTP-model of the elections.
