if your medic is cool with it/experienced enough just have him shout @ u if youre playing too passively or aggressively
meds generally can tell when their pocket is holding wrong, if youre too aggressive tell him to just drop you when it happens, so you learn the lesson in a more concrete way
otherwise just play a lot i guess and watch demos to catch the finer points of positioning that your team cant help with as much
