I'm not sure, I didn't have that problem. Try doing it with a clean config to see if that changes anything.

They help me with keeping my mouse movement smooth. Plus they're less mind numbing than newbots or whatever. They're definitely no replacement for actual dm practice though.

Edit: I think you have to make the server.cfg into listen.cfg and put it in your cfg folder.

Install metamod and sourcemod to your local tf/addons folder, then get the surf plugins (there's a TFTV thread about the old ones, so search for surfiT) and throw those in there as well. Then in the launch options type -insecure and the plugins will load. Just remove -insecure to stop them from loading

I recently switched to third shift and had a terrible time falling asleep at 8 am. I got some ZzzQuil (I guess it's a sleep aid made by nyquil? ) and it helped me a lot in the beginning. Now I don't need it as much anymore.

It also gave me some really fuckin vivid dreams so that was cool.

I know nothing about the health effects outside of short-term use though.

Yeah the computer situation was pretty odd. I gave the guy my flash drive and told him what folder it was, then he came back 10 minutes later and said he'd moved everything over. Actually he had moved nothing over and I ended up playing with a random hud edit I had in my Dropbox and an old config I got from the steam cloud. The staff was SUPER friendly and accommodating outside of that though. If I lived closer I'd probably go there a lot just on my own.

Newbots is really good but I don't know how people play it for hours at a time

Tictack was trying to play for meb but he didn't have the server info and kept asking me for it even though I wasn't playing.
