#5 Same dpi, same mouse, same ingame. Feels different in Q/A Help

I .zipped up my tf2 folder and unzipped it.
im guessing the settings should be the same
but my resolution was off when i launched the game so maybe other things would change aswell.

I recently upgraded my whole PC.
ive kept the same Dpi, the same mouse, and the same sens in game.
Even with these my sens still feels super different.
Should i cut my loses and just find a new sens.
or is there a fix.
