LangeI still believe that Torbull is a genuine guy who cares about competitive FPS games and wants to see them grow. However, I think lpkane is rotten to the core and is only interested in siphoning as much money as he can from a desperate community.

This season of ESEA will be my last as long as lpkane still is employed by ESEA. If he is fired and Torbull (or someone else trustworthy) picks up his responsibilities, I would consider giving ESEA another shot.

Isn't the problem that lpkane holds half the rights to ESEA, not that he hasn't been fired yet? He might find it hard to justify firing himself with all that money coming in. As I see it, the only solution that would make all the players happy is if lpkane would sell his claim to the company and move on to greener pastures. Or just different pastures. EDIT: which is unlikely to happen.

I would plead with you to limit your use of doors to places where they are strictly necessary and make sense thematically (this latter part is probably not relevant at this early alpha stage). Doors are really cool and you can use them to great effect in TF2 but they come with a lot of problems as well: most importantly the lack of awareness of what lies on the other side. You'll notice that in many popular maps, doors are used sparingly and only in situations where the player entering or exiting has fewer areas to scan for enemies than your map's expanse provides. In your first screenshot the door labelled "B" is up against a flat wall, meaning that anyone coming into the gameplay area from behind that door can be ambushed from literally any direction on coming through the door, and peeking through once quickly to see what lies on the other side and checking for sticky traps is not going to be sufficient to get a grasp of where the enemy is waiting. By building protrusions from the walls and having doorways at right angles to the intended exit direction, you can allow players to push through areas without being completely blind, which I recommend highly.

I've played violin, piano, recorder, and accordion. I would recommend accordion strongly if you're interested in having most of the world hate you with a passion. Once you learn the meaning behind the chord layout it's really easy to get something nice-sounding going, but still works best accompanying other instruments that can drive a melody better.
