aslDid you disable the Game DVR feature of the xbox app before removing it? I believe if you don't it remains enabled.

Somewhere on my computer vsync is being forced and I can't figure out where, nothing about it in radeon settings or in TF2, problem came with windows 10 and I already got rid of the xbox app thing.
Would be really helpful if someone could help me fix this before matches tonight
