sticky aim is really easy and rocket aim is really hard so nobody should ever practice with stickies
you see rockets have a parabolic trajectory instead of a simpler straight trajectory and you also have to detonate them at the correct distance to maximize your damage

if I go pipes-only you'll crush me no matter what I do, so you won't actually practice fighting a demo the way you would in-game (e.g. jumping me)
and yes, idgaf what you say, there's such a thing as sticky aim and some demos are significantly better at it

playing demo without stickies is a complete joke, anyone who actually expects you to do it is an idiot
play against a demo using stickies and actually practice your movement in a relevant way, if you can only kill a pipes-only demo you'll get raped by demos in game
