d) keep the same core of players for multiple seasons in a row, and build on that over time
I might be captain obvious over here but yeah, that kinda matters a lot

getting into plat is fucking ridiculously easy if you're good, I played plat in my first season of hl and I'm not the exception
almost every plat team has a really good sniper and you have literally NEVER done well in a SINGLE scrim or match
