I don't have a problem with negative comments in recruitment threads, but if the worst you can think of saying about Karl is "he got angry when we cut him" or "he didn't get back to me on steam in a timely fashion", then you best be trying harder
I mean if you really don't have a good story just say something like "Karl is a dick, the rest of them are cool" and move on
