c&c should win if they dont choke
IcyWindIt has to do with the idea of "if people get used to one region dominating eventually there won't be any more competition and it will die out as an esport" and regional pride. And if a team with a glaring weakness (dyrus tilting after the first death, bjergsen isn't 5-0 by 20 minutes) is considered the "best" in North America then it really reflects badly on the rest of the scene
two of the three best esports of all time (cs 1.6 and brood war) were dominated by one region for almost their entirety. 1.6 is probably the best counterexample to your argument because NA teams could compete from like 1999 to 2005, but in the most competitive era (2008-2010 or so), they couldn't, and that's when the game was at its peak.
I don't think it reflects badly on the scene as a whole that the 10th best team in the world or so still has glaring weaknesses. to use cs:go as an example, do we get upset that flipsid3 or dignitas have glaring weaknesses? if it weren't for the arbitrary fact of their nationality we wouldn't give a shit.
marmadukeGRYLLSreal talk though anyone looking into getting into cooking either as a hobby or a profession...learn the basics (protein temps, mother sauces, how to hold a knife, how to blanch, etc) and then just experiment man. you'll make some really awful shit but also some really good shit.
also anyone interested in the life of a chef can see some of the top .01%'ers on netflix's Chef's Table. I blew through the entire season pretty fast, was really really interesting.
Chef's Table was pretty great, very beautifully directed too
my fav episodes being the Magnus Nilsson and Dan Barber ones (even if Massimo Bottura is probably THE most highly respected chef there)
and if yall have netflix, some other recommendations:
-Jiro Dreams of Sushi
-any of Anthony Bourdain's shows, but keeping in theme with Chef's Table I'd go first for the El Bulli episode of No Reservations or the Noma episode of Parts Unknown
-The Mind of a Chef (although April Bloomfield's half of season 2 was disappointing)
-whatever episodes of Good Eats are available
-guilty pleasure will always be Chopped
what I don't get is why people care so much if an NA team does well
why can't we just accept they're shit, move on, and become fans of Korean and Chinese players whose playstyles interest us, regardless of whether they have slanted eyes or not???
edit: especially because tsm fans are the bronies of esports

ALTHOUGH THESE POSTS R GONNA LOOK HELLA AWKWARD WHEN I GET CUT ~WEEK 5
I had a match today where I felt as if I was getting baited at times, and that people were not communicating effectively.
It made me get a little bit heated in mumble.
After the game, I apologized to all my teammates for overreacting, they said it was no problem and admitted the match didn't go 100% to plan, but that playing without your starting 6 is always difficult and that we're gonna kill it next time.
Welcome to adult fortress 2, too bad most of IM this season doesn't seem to have it installed!!!
hopefully people will now realize how hard highfive carries, and has always carried cafe monster
which of the macarena kids is that
cuz I know tankman hates sen
BloodisMuselkHey guys, hope you liked the video. I know it didnt include a TON of information, but I wanted to keep it to 5/6 mins so it wouldnt scare off newer players with a flood of information. I tried to put the best guides I could find in the description so people could learn from actual pros, but if there are any better guides or other info you think I should add then tell me :)
I want to say how I'm happy of you for saying that running full-time pyro in 6v6 is not viable.
Since I've never seen it being viable no matter what do those shitters think lol
IARESNIPAR confirmed killing comp tf2
if this team wants to do well, they HAVE to integrate fox in correctly
which means working on their communication in english and defining roles well
rain and scream would be the other choices for stars, although they have things holding them back slightly, but fox has to be the #1 star on this team for them to be consistent
