Since I installed the new windows 10 update (a day ago), I have had this problem where my player model in fullscreen mode appears to take its time to complete my mouse movement, where if for example I move my mouse quickly for a 360, it will maybe take half a second to complete it after my mouse has stopped. But if I switch to windowed mode, the problem goes away.
I've also noticed that if I reduce the brightness, the delay goes away for about 3 seconds until it comes back, same for if I increase brightness, or alt-tab back into the game.
I have since then returned to my previous version of windows10, and tried verifying my cache, and none of my configs/settings have changed for weeks. Any advice on how to get rid of this? Cheers.
