falling asleep at the same time everyday (it's a must if you want to fall asleep fast)
some pushup reps helps as well.
for me, music is a big no-no when trying to sleep. A fan or white noise is fine thought.

Under "AmmoInClip" in HudAmmoWeapons, there's a "tall" value. Try to make it higher.

I tried to give it a go, but I just don't like this type of music. I see the appeal to it and i try to like it, but I just don't listen to pop in general, especially j-pop (there are some exceptions to this rule, but this song doesn't break it sadly)

You could also try this mod that disable hats
