Is it worth upgrading to Windows 10?

There are obviously pros and cons, personally I've enjoyed Windows 10 so far and haven't had any issues. Of course with a new OS you are more prone to problems, incompatibilities, and privacy issues. With windows 10 you can expect more performance and features. I have noticed a large performance boost in frame rates, loading screens, web browsing, etc. since making the update. If you are on windows 7 I would do more research first, but if you're on windows 8 I would say go ahead, it's worth it, as long as it's still free.

CS, TF2, and sensitivity.

I stopped playing TF2 and started playing CS in cevo last year and found myself using 22.8 in/360 (58.1cm) which is pretty low for CS. I had a somewhat negative experience and now I'm back playing TF2 with 22.8 in/360 as well but now I'm hitting more pipes than before so idk, I don't think it matters, I feel much more comfortable with lots of arm movement vs. little wrist movement. Just do what works.
Edit: I wouldn't recommend my sens by any means, when I rocketjump I tend to need to breathe through my mouth since I am somewhat out of breath due heavy arm movement. :)
