alternative opinion:
Taking fights like a retard in dm will form bad habits. Doing this also doesnt train your aim any more than mge would. The ammo and health regen makes you forget to time your shots and manage your resources in a fight.
If you don't use soap dm for practise, but only for warmup, then your fine to just run it but i think many people play dm for way more than 20 min a day.
