If people believe someone ought to be banned for harrassment/toxicity then they should contact the admins of their league. Tweeting out how toxic someone is and "exposing" them serves no greater good other than calling your 10 twitter followers on them. If you're serious about penalizing people then contact your league admins and stop trying to make yourself look like a moral saint on twitter.
E: Also @HiipFire, making tweets accusing people of shit they haven't done is super irresponsible when it comes from someone like you who is actually a highly ranked community member at this point. If you are gonna expose people on your twitter you need to be really careful and get your facts right.
