I'll have to get that when I can. Just moved to Cali so no friends to help test and no other computers in the household :(

Moist_PenguinIf your PC has a critical hardware issue the beeps your MB makes correspond to a beep error. The exact error depends on your BIOS, see http://brebru.com/beepcodes.html If you have a custom PC you probably have either AMI, award or phoenix. Check with your manufacturer's website.
From some googling around the issue it sounds like it could be memory. If you remove all your RAM and try turning it on what happens. If possible try borrow some compatible RAM from another PC or move around your RAM to see if you can isolate the issue to a particular slot/DIMM
Removed all RAM and nothing still, as if I tried turning on the computer with the PSU turned off. I can't imagine the mobo is completely dead or anything because the light on my speakers light up when the beeping through them happens. So the speakers power up very momentarily and they're plugged into the back panel USB.
As far as deciphering the beeps, which manufacturer are you suggesting I look up, my mobo's?
My computer doesn't respond when I attempt to power it on. The fans won't spin, LEDs don't light up. The only sign of any power is a short beep that plays from my speakers every ~5 seconds and a feint beep inside the case, which I imagine is what I hear from the speakers. I've tested the PSU via a paper clip and tested the mobo's power button pins with a flathead to test for a faulty power button. The PSU worked fine, but the flathead test came back negative. I've unplugged and plugged back in every cable and reseated all but the mobo itself, including the battery.
rip mobo?
You can make a religion out of this.
I've never hiked before. I may have to try it out!
I'm moving back to Cali next month. I haven't lived there since I was 5 and I have no idea what there is out there now. Well, besides the beaches/piers. LA still any fun? What about surrounding areas?
