Skyrim - I'm 99% sure everyone in the world knows what game this is. Buy it, even if you're not into RPGs. You will be.
Rogue Legacy - A great hack-and-slash (not sure if hack-and-slash fully applies to this game but whatever) platformer/side-scroller. Multiple classes with pros and cons in their traits. An example being a class with "vertigo", so you play upside down lol. You need to gain gold to spend on your castle to unlock abilities. When you start each round you lose all the money you gain so if you mess up, you're going to get messed up. Not a terribly difficult game but can get pretty close from what I've seen.
CIV 5 - Turn based strategy "board game" based off of historical leaders, events, etc. Must play.
L4D2 - Pretty much the basic zombie game but those are fun so if you're into that, get this.
Sleeping Dogs - Third person action game. It's like a True Crime + GTA mix.
Walking Dead (Telltale) - Zombie based survival game. Telltale's version is incredibly awesome and much better than whatever the shit the latest one was. Emotional and easy to feel like you're actually a part of the story.
Terreria - 2D Minecraft platformer basically. If you have an inner builder inside of you, this is right choice.
Counter-Strike GO - Self-explanatory.
BioShock Infinite - This is definitely a must play game.
Dark Souls - Because you need to play a hard game for once. Pussies.
Stanley Parable - A game based off of decisions you make. You can make plenty of decisions and the game has a bunch of story behind whatever decision you want to make. You're basically always playing with a narrator talking to you from who knows where. Hilarious game, worth the money.
Borderlands 2 - Need I say more?
Far Cry 3 - Kiiiiiind of like Skyrim with guns.
Dishonored - If you're into stealth games, this is for you. If you're into finding a big list of various ways to kill people, this is for you.
Fallout NV - Actually basically TES with guns.
Witcher 1 & 2 - Open world RPG. Not as big of a world as Skyrim and far less side quests, but the combat system, upgrade/ability system and the story is super as shit.
