It shouldn't be too bad as long as the time between each pulse is at least 7-10 seconds. There's a burn card that gives you an amped version of the sniper rifle which has a sonar scope equipped and gives the same effect. The pulse on that is roughly every 2 seconds, but possibly because you're scoped in so you see less.

That's the logic I hope they're using anyway.

So there's a railgun for Titans and a lightning gun-esque weapon for Titans as well.
