Bar none knowledge on hardware, but I'd assume a better CPU is the next milestone. Ever since I was told that playing a Gameboy with audio on drained the battery faster, I've minimized everything possible. I'm sure I'm somewhat reliably at 120 fps @ 120hz but doesn't really feel like it. If dx9 is the new default, I'm screwed till I get better parts I'm guessing.
I'm running two monitors but thats as far as I go in terms of graphical luxury.
Just look into overclocking, you've got a CPU that's decent enough to go up over 4ghz that ought to get you some extra frames.
True, what is your motherboard and cooler Pendji? A 3570k easily does 4.4 GHz

Yeah sure, I just used that store because I'm used to buying stuff there and know that the customer service is rather good. You're completely right about the motherboard, case is decent, I have built in one of those, not much room but for the price is nice. And the 850 Evo in the same shop is another 10€. The seagate Barracuda is 3€ cheaper than the WD in this shop.
I just prefer buying everything from the same shop, specially since shipping from different places can add up in the budget.

I would like to stream in good quality but if its not possiblr then its ok.
Just wanted to add that it goes without saying that one could choose to ditch either the SSD or HDD and use a single stick of 8GB in order to be able to upgrade to 16GB in the future.

I just tested with a Skylake i5 6600k @ 4.5 GHz and got 160 fps avg with 6 fps variability @ 1080p
Comanglia CFG, dxlevel 81
This with the integrated GPU. Just thought you guys would fancy knowing how the latest generation of cpu performs.
