Sniper causes more stalemates than he breaks and hurts the game in his current state. The fact that he's useful even if he's not hitting shots, by controlling sightlines, is not okay.
(not to mention highlander and how the pocket snipers with razorback dominate the entire meta of the gamemode. Until now I thought highlander was the problem, not the sniper, but the way he was used at DH was really obnoxious.)
A scout hitting consistent shots will almost always be more useful than a sniper tho...

So I'm gonna give you a suggestion for each type of earphones.
Earbuds - VE Monk Plus , about 12$ - Absolutely sick soundstage and musicality, might lack bass if all you listen to is wub wubz
In Ears - Xiaomi Piston 3 or KZ ATE - Go for the first if you need a more balanced sound, latter if you prefer a warmer tonality to your sound.
Open headphones - HD518 or HD558 (the latter usually have promotions that drop them to 99$) HD518 is basically an HD558 with more bass (less refined tho)
Closed Headphones - Takstar Pro 80 - Basically where the HyperX's get all their fame from, and you can get them for about 50$ on ali-express.
Pick one then add on a clip mic of your choosing (I use one that cost me about 3$ from ebay), you should be set :)

Comanglia48Hz is probably the limitation when you're using the full resolution but I'm pretty sure you can use a custom resolution at a higher refresh rate. Most monitors including laptop/netbook ones can hit 75Hz at 1080p or lower resolutions.
Now for a real answer, this is it, that laptop must do 60Hz at 1080p and something like 75Hz at 720p
Simple_GuyJaaniiYeah, it's possible to play and win high with 60hz. But it helps as scout with more hz. But if you only flick aim as scout I guess you could do it. Tracking and "actual" aiming is a lot easier with higher Hz.So if i will be good with 48Hz, when im buy 144Hz i will be like god? :D
If you currently do like 100dpm, expect every single game to have 300 dpm with 144Hz, 144/48 = 3, maths don't lie babyy
