If you guys are willing to venture out of the competitive sphere a bit, jerma and star had some next level comedic timing as a pair. I had non-tf2 playing friends of mine in tears watching "The Sound it Makes" late one night
commented my shock on the youtube video before finding this thread, lol
Good job, lansky! I've recently started getting into shape (which is a bit cliche to do after quitting tf2), in part thinking about the impressive progress you've made since when I saw you at s15 lan talking to cs players about getting started lifting.
It's good to see you excelling in other things, even though we all miss in-game lansky.
ps am i going crazy or was there a vlog of olden-days tf2 nerds walking around a powerlifting competition just down the hall from lan? i have no idea which lan/year/players/anything.
wish that money was going towards highlander.

The most recent iteration of Newbie Mixes would not have been a thing without Tragic, and I'll always appreciate him for that.

The thumbnails are generated in a program I wrote for the tftv camera people. What you're recommending would be ideal, but the reason there were no thumbnails before is because of the large amount of effort needed to make them. Now they can be made in ~30 seconds w/ no knowledge of photoshop/gimp/whatever.
I don't have time to keep all the teams' avatars up-to-date. I don't even have time to fix it to where it can support 3+ maps. If someone with the time to do that steps up, they'd be happy to use it.
bleghfarecthese thumbnails are completely readable and convey information that is important in the video
That's all they need to be. (also saam's point is the main reason I didn't even try to make the thumbnails work the way OP recommends)
newbie mixes are the tutorial levels.
the other admins and i are the pamphlet that comes with the game that tells you how to put the disk in the drive.

If you are down with having a bulkier setup with really good audio quality, go buy a nice XLR mic (I use an MXL 990) 2nd hand off a local or online shop, and hook it up to your PC with a setup like this:
